November flowers
These are just some of the roses. The flowers don't know what to do with this weather.
It's Nov. 8, we're at 2,012 ft. in the Pacific Northwest and there are clematis blooming and daffodils coming up (below). I found the daffodils while cleaning up fallen leaves from under my still blooming zinneas!

Spur of the Moment
The kids were getting together for a BBQ on Sunday and on Saturday I decided I wanted to see them all. I drove to Red Bluff Saturday afternoon, spent the night, and arrived in Oakland Sunday at 9 a.m. Fred held down the fort at home and I was back by noon on Monday.
It was a marvelous day. Robert and family were there too. Sometimes it really pays to be spontaneous!!!!!!!
